I want you to know who you are working with here and why I am qualified to be your personal business engineer, so lets get personal - (ish)!
Educationally, I have three degrees - management & marketing, applied psychology, and Med & ABA.
I have managed both small and international companies for over 10 years, where my last 4 have been specifically in applied behavioral analysis and organizational behavioral management.
But, what does that even mean & why is it significant for you? Well, ABA is also referred to as behavioral engineering. It uses scientific and empirical approaches based upon the principles of respondent and operant conditioning to change behavior of significance. In a business sense it is a total performance system through assessment, training, coaching, analyzing, and implementation of specific tools.
In other words, it doesn’t matter the size of your company or the industry, there is a science to business success!
